To Make an Appointment
We make scheduling an appointment and registering for treatment easy!
- Call or email your local PIR to make an appointment. Include preferred dates/times in emails.
- New patients may register online.

All online registration forms are processed via Secured Server protections to maintain the safety of your information.
Returning patients need not register again. Please notify the office that you have been here before and simply verify your information on your first visit.
PIR offers convenient early morning and evening appointments in three local facilities. Appointments are available within 48 hours of referral.
Insurance
PIR accepts all private insurance companies and HMO’s including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Harvard, Tufts, Medicare, Mass Health Products and more. We also accept MVA’s and workers compensation.
Referrals
Most insurance plans require a doctor’s referral, however patients in Massachusetts have the right to direct access and are free to select a Physical Therapy practice independently.
Please contact your insurance carrier to ensure any required referral is available at the time of your appointment.
